Research and insights
Great design is only possible when it is informed by deep insights into our users’ context, needs and goals.

Our research and insights methodology

We create a rock-solid foundation for our work by conducting various forms of user research.

User interviews and user observation are critical to help us gain insights into users’ pain points and to really understand their current context. By spending time with the users, in their context, we ensure that we are solving the actual problems through design.

By conducting a thorough competitor review, we ensure that our solutions are not just better than our clients’ direct competitors, but also matches the users’ expectations of solutions being as good or better than any best-in-class experience from indirect competitors.

Heuristic reviews

Our team of seasoned designers can evaluate any mobile app, website or system using our Heuristic Framework that includes evaluating is for basic usability issues, as well as task completion though a cognitive walkthrough. This is an inexpensive method for identifying top user experience pain points on your system.

User Testing

We validate all our designs by conducting usability testing with actual users – this helps to identify design issues before any money is invested into development, saving both time and money, and ensuring an optimal user experience. We also use formative user testing techniques such as card sorting to inform design decisions.

We design world class user experiences (UX) for websites, mobile apps and internal systems by following an iterative user centered design process that includes low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes and user interface design (UI).

Our clients love our human-centered design approach, but don’t just take our word for it.
