The challenge: Designing a user friendly mobile app to solve a complex healthcare challenge
Whole is creating a self-care mobile application that not only addresses physical health, but also other aspects of holistic health, such as mental health, sexual health, the impact of spirituality and your environment on your health. The challenge was to design a user-friendly mobile app that made the complex algorithms and electronic health record (EHR / EMR) a seamless and engaging user experience.

The solution: A self-care mobile app to enable patient-centric holistic health
Our Healthcare Experience Design team used the latest research on holistic healthcare, based on co-Founder Dr. Ellenore Meyer’s PhD Thesis on spirituality in healthcare, and ideated and designed a digital health solution that empowers patients to understand their health and wellbeing more holistically through the dimensions of physical health, mental health, spiritual health, the environmental impact on health, and ultimately building up an Electronic Health Record. The solution is a Self-Care Mobile App, for iOS and Android devices, that allows users to track, understand and improve their holistic health through small behaviour changes.
