User Experience Designer

About this role:

UX (user experience) designers measure and optimise applications (usually websites or apps) to improve ease of use (usability), and create the best user experience by exploring many different approaches to solve end-users’ problems. One way that a UX designer might do this is by conducting in-person user tests to observe behaviour. They then refine and tweak apps, software and websites to create products that people like and find easy to use.

Duties include:

• Understand product specifications and user psychology
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
• Create personas through user research and data
• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
• Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs

User Experience Researcher

About this role:

The UX Researcher’s responsibility is to provide answers to the most challenging questions in the product’s design. The UX Researcher is tasked with uncovering what the consumers need from the business’s products by conducting primary research, exploring consumer behavior and motivation, and working with the Product Designers, Product Managers, and Product Development teams in developing new product features. UX Researchers may also assist in validating of designs by engaging with real customers and getting their feedback through the process of user testing, or usability testing.

Duties include:

• Understand product specifications and user psychology.

• Manage and conduct user research and concept development
• Research user personas and investigate consumer behavior
• Plan and facilitate validation of designs and prototypes through user testing with actual users

User Experience Strategist

About this role:

A UX Strategist uses consumer insights he’s gathered from research, psychology, and UX best practices takes a consumer-centric approach to helping an organization make strategy decisions, and acts as a change agent within an organization. This senior and versatile position will work alongside UX team members, program managers, business analysts, technical teams, and visual designers to identify requirements, set design goals, study users, and craft experiences that translate business and user needs into highly engaging experiences. The UX Strategist will possess a passion for digital trends and innovation, combined with a sound understanding of user experience practices, consumers, social networks, and brands.

Duties include:

• Act as an executive level advisor to senior stakeholders in defining their Customer Experience (CX), User Experience (UX) and Digital Strategy
• Defining the strategic objectives (vision and strategy) and team objectives and tactical plans
• Facilitate the alignment of a business’s systems to its business plan and strategy

Duties include:

• Collaborate with product management and development to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development
• Create high-fidelity wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
• Participate in user research and evaluate user feedback on visual designs
